Disk Dampers

The Disk Damper works in the same way as one of the rotary dampers by utilising the principle of fluid resistance. However they are used for more heavy duty applications and if required can be used in pairs by inserting a shaft between the 2 so they work in sync. Because these use fluid resistance it is key to make sure that the weight of the lid or what you are dampening can be taken by the damper and that you are working within the temperature limits of the damper otherwise the dampening effect will be reduced.
